General Frequently Asked Questions


How do I return a product ?

If you have had the products for less than 60 days, please email us to get a Return Authorization Number. Write the Return Authorization Number on your invoice and send the unused portion of the product together with the invoice back to us. As soon as we receive the returned product we will issue you a refund.

 

Do you sell or give my personal information to other companies for marketing purposes?

The information you provide to us is used to process and ship your order. We do not sell or provide this information to any other parties.

 

Is it safe to order over the internet?

All ordering information that is provide to us is done through a secure server. You will see a lock icon appear on your browser to show that you are providing information through a secure, encrypted connection. After your credit card is processed, we do not store your credit card number on our servers.

 

If I don't want to order over the internet can I order by check?

Yes you can. Although it may take a little longer for your check to get to us and clear, you can mail your check to: Pronutrex, 3421 Hillside Lane, Fallbrook, CA 92028. Please include what products you wish to order, your mailing address and phone number (in case there is a problem). The check can be made out for the total amount plus 8.75% sales tax if you are located in California. Shipping is free at the moment.
